Three Round Towers B & C are part of the larger redevelopment of the 6.98-acre Three Round Towers site. The existing buildings were originally constructed as public housing in the early 1970s and included a total of 391 units. This redevelopment project involves preserving and renovating the existing buildings and creating up to three new affordable housing residential buildings on the campus.
